I got this over 30 years ago and have never known what is was.
I dont know if the color shows very well but it is very pale blue and clear. I would call it "blue ice" color

Hi Maureen,

My guess is that this is fluorite. However there are some other minerals that could look similar.

Your assignment should you choose to accept it is to do a scratch test for hardness.
