Flashlight off

I am looking to know what this is. I do know this, it's not as heavy as it looks, it sounds hollow, it sounds like glass when tapped on, it has no taste, it glows when a light is put to it. I am trying to find out what mineral this is. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This mineral/rock was given to me from a friend, she lives down in southern Washington Vancouver to be exact and is minutes away from northern Oregon. I believe it's from that area. Mt. Saint Helen is down there but I am not positive it's connected.

Glowing Rock

This is an interesting rock. I do not know what you have. There are hollow rocks called geodes. If you know where it was found it could help with identification. You might add a comment if you have this info. Maybe one of our visitors will be able to help.
